Pros

Love working with 99% of the people there. Lots of room to learn.

Cons

Like any place really, they don't pay enough. They took away EIP pay. I would normally make this hurt the rating much more but compared to the neighboring hospitals I guess it's still average.

Pros

The patients and amazing co-workers who are willing to share their years experience.

Cons

The facility is poorly ran from the top all the way to middle management. The lack of consistent communication channels shows with employees being misinformed consistently. Also there seem to be regular issues with interdepartmental communication. The facility needs a complete face lift, your direct care providers are what make up your mission, vision, and purpose don’t forget that. Listen to their recommendations when they say management doesn’t advocate for them or certain policies are counterintuitive. These are not only your greatest asset but your greatest resource. You can’t run your “non-profit” without them.
