Benefits are good but expensive and keep taking them more away.

Cons

Age discrimination. They find ways to terminate older employees. You will get terminated for no reason and no notice if you complain about it. PTO being changed for worst in January.

A wonderful place to work, particularly if you care about making a difference in the lives of other people and the community. Good compensation and an environment where you are supported and challenged to succeed and grow. Plus, it's great living by the beach!

The organization is growing and innovating quickly, which can lead to growing pains at time. But that also makes it very interesting.
