Pros

Management doesn’t tend to micromanage you, good co-workers, flexible work schedule & option to work from home, 160 hours of PTO per year, opportunities for advancement within company

Cons

Mandatory use of our PTO days for holidays (WOW), cliquey work environment, frequent miscommunication between all Tidelands offices from the lack of training given with EPIC
