Pros

Health benefit options are great compared to other companies in this area; although due to Obama care some things have changed negatively.

Cons

Management/ Human resources allow majority of staff to leave a department without questioning the reason why. The cost of replacing seasoned nurses and hiring temporary travel nurses would make me wonder if the managers in place need to be looked at.
