Colleagues are great super dedicated. Everyone works hard and is supportive. Recent management changes are a breath of fresh air organization is moving with a focus on racial equity.

Cons

Working in such a large organization is challenging as different departments can become siloed. There can be some disconnect between how things are done internally. The dynamics of having varied clients, projects and partners can be challenging to develop cohesive approach to client service.
