- Employees are committed to mission and partners but this can lead to burnout - Work loads can be high if all positions aren’t filled

- the people are amazing: so smart, passionate and committed to the mission and tides clients - they pay well (for non profit) - the fastest way to become an expert in the social impact universe is to work here— they work with cool grassroots non profits, individuals, foundations and companies - location is beautiful

Cons

- too much leadership transition - previous CEO and VP (now gone) left a sore spot for tides culture but things are improving now
