- Great compensation and benefits - Opportunity to learn a lot of things about the nonprofit field - Nice people across departments

Cons

- Employee turnover is quite high - Work and life balance is not quite good

Passionate colleagues, relaxing environment in the Presidio. Working towards the greater good.

Cons

Challenges in finding new leadership. As it's a non-profit, salaries are almost not living wages in San Francisco.
