Very committed to mission Young and diverse staff People are very dedicated and sincere about improving systems, processes, culture, etc. Excellent location (Presidio in SF and Wall street in NY) An awesome CEO

Cons

Lack of diversity among senior leadership (although they are aware of and acknowledge it) Not a ton of room for upward mobility Tides reputation is very mixed... There was a poorly managed transition after the founder/CEO left (turned into 4 CEOs in 4 years) to get to where we are today (which is much better. But many clients experienced that transition (and bad things that happened as a result) and it gave tides a bad reputation to this day...although its getting better. Certain departments are very siloed and the culture is different from one department to the next.
