      Terminal Manager easy to talk with

      No structure, a lot of favoritism, selected drivers get enough runs to average a good weeks pay and others can't make a living.

      2 months without a paycheck... dispatcher plays favorites. Manager will tell u to do something then write you up for it .. also will get cussed at on the daily... most unprofessional place I've ever been employed.
