Great work from home flexibility. A lot of training opportunities.

A lot of change with middle and upper management. Not very many opportunities for advancement.

Pros

A lot of opportunities to learn new technology, if you have time since they can’t keep employees. Meat Grinder pace.

Cons

$$$$$$$ over people is extremely obvious. Shame shame Jerry. Everyone’s just a number and considered easily replaceable and that all Engineers have same skill set. Sales team runs the direction of product dev and are always chasing the next shiny thing with no regard to the impact on their peoples ability to support the product. No Bonuses, except grocery store sheet cake.
