Pros
Interesting and diverse work. Great leadership who cares about the workers. Fairly flat management structure, you can talk to the president or COO any time. They try very hard to put you on a project that you're interested in and a good fit for. Flexible work hours, you don't punch a time clock here. The company strives to remain on the cutting edge of technology, which can make the work quite challenging and interesting at times. Be ready to be pushed past your limits and learn along the way.
Cons
Thin on the perks, flexible work hours is probably the biggest one. Like most other Nasa contractors, getting to do cool stuff at JSC is considered another perk. Haven't faced this yet but there is no vacation payout when you leave.
