      Pros

      A challenging environment that is fast paced. Excellent employee benefits and time off. It's nice to work in a luxury environment, and have tools to learn about diamonds.

      Cons

      It seems that promotion can be a slow path for those that do not actively seek advancement. There is a slowness to being able to get things accomplished.

      Pros

      Great benefits, great pay, great hours for retail, co-workers felt like family. Surrounded by beautiful merchandise. Easy to sell and stand behind products. Great company history. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Crabby co-workers don't realize how good they have it. Negativity can spread. But isn't that true of any job? You need to really like working with some high-maintenance customers.

      Non-traditional hours, but it is as expected in Retail culture today.
