Pros
Been here for 3 years. Overall had a great experience here. Good work life balance, leadership (MLE leadership) is very understanding and cares about your interests and growth. Overall experience in the ML engineering practice is very good. Although I've head a lot of complaints from Data science & DevOps folks. I've received very good mentorship in my time here. You're expected to self manage and take ownership more than other orgs. This might not be easy for folks who're not good at that.
As the org and the MLE practice is still in an early phase, if you're ready to take more responsibility you will get accelerated career path.
Work from home option is still provided for most folks.
