Pros

Some teams are good, but very client and team specific. People are really talented but management is pathetic!\ Pays a lot (too much) to keep you stuck and not have any progress! (BEWARE!)

Cons

The company is run by a bunch of HRs working for one man sitting in his castle in California. Just another staffing company who lays off when asked for a project change! They have hitmen in the HR to have "the talk"! And none of the work is data science- it's purely support - data engineering support or ML engineering support if you are lucky.

- Very transparent company - With its employees and it's clients. It is easier said that done and very difficult to keep up, but the folks here do a great job of it - Flexibility - Very flexible with the employees' requests. Again, something very difficult to find in this industry - Peers : I have worked here with very practical and knowledgeable people. There is always something to learn from everyone and people are objective about giving and receiving feedback - Good Pay - Leadership: Very good balance between tech and business acumen in the leaders - Freedom to think and do what you feel will be right for your team, account, client and company

Cons

- Hard to get a taste of company culture when you are not in Chennai - Work hours can be long but the positive here is that there is less mental stress, mainly because of people being pragmatic
