Good learning Support will be there only if you get good seniors in project

Cons

Lack of project opportunities (firing is happening left right and center even to technically sound people) Lack of empathy Not so good HR team People are expected to work late/long hours and they are trying to normalize it

Hybrid and remote option. Good util you are in project.

Cons

Indirectly forcing to resign beacuse of lack of the project giving stupid reason your skill doesn’t match, even though I have been employed for last 3 years and worked for 3 different projects. There are a lots of internal politics, Senior management not listen any problem. No job security, Even I have 9 years of experiences, they put you in pip without any reason and you perform 100% good in pip, still giving stupid reason like attitude, intend not good, then they fire you immediately without giving any notice.
