Pros
Summary: Amazing place to learn and contribute. They filter a lot of candidates mostly from IIT/IIM and handpick candidates and simple. JUST TRUST THEM and pay really well. I know employees usually speak ill about the company, but here I am amazed to see people speak only Positive things about the company. RESULT-> Employees give their 100%. Pros: 1. Really flexible in the timings. Hence I have noticed people here are very Responsible and do not misuse the freedom given. 2. To take a Work From home, no Lengthy emails, etc. Just login and put a note saying your working from home. Of course since they are TRUSTING you, you will definitely be putting in your best efforts even when working from home. 3. The Senior management here is very friendly and Approachable. Of course here friendly is a bit intellectual! People hardly gossip, office is Super Silent and focused on doing good quality work. In the Lounge area Foozball and Carrom. 4. Policies like reimbursement if you go in groups of 4 for Movie and Dinner (Have got the time to use it but still a sweet policy!) 5. I have heard in case employees stay a late night in the office( Here Max in the night is 9:30 pm!, you can order dinner and its on the company! Of course, a dinner is not gonna cost much, but little things go a Long way! It's a very thoughtful Sweet Gesture. 6. Vacation Policy is very flexible. I have heard employees who have been on Maternity leave but still working from home for the most part. Hence employees do not leave Tiger Analytics. Employee Retention rate here is about 90-95%.
Cons
1. Office is at RMZ. On average 40-45 minutes 1 way travel from city. So about 1 & half hours of your day will go in traveling! 2. Interview process takes long especially if you are not a campus hire! They are very very selective. Of course not a con, but thought of mentioning it as an added info for those who would like to join.
