Amazing work culture and you get to work with some of the brilliant data scientists in india. Exposure to various domains and all kinds of ML techniques You get to work directly with the client, no matter what position you are in the company Opportunities to travel to client locations Small but rapidly growing company and the opportunities for career growth are higher Fun and chilled out atmosphere

Cons

The number of tigresses although slowly increasing, is still not there yet. Would like to see more tigresses in the leadership positions.

The analytical problems Tiger is trying to solve are interesting and it's true consulting culture. It has healthy environment and cooperative and knowledgeable colleagues.

Cons

The quality of hiring has reduced and there are too many people at lower level who are not good at their job. The billing rate to clients is too low for the quality of work they are doing. Because of this, they are not able to pay and attract talent at entry level.
