Pros
Its a good company to grow a lot if you coming from HCL/TCS/Infosys/Cognizant/Accenture. Project are unique you get to learn a lot from people. Its a good company to park also once you start working here, you will get good interview calls from FAANG and Product based company
Cons
After all its a service based company, can't stay for longer than 3year in a row. Increment is very decent. Project are usually short, and you have to clear interview for it also. Some clients take 3 rounds interview. Its a good company to park your carrer and prepare for product based
