      Every individual matters. It's a small company growing fast. You can have an impact from Day 1. Timescale is a flat organization where senior leaders will listen to your ideas and support actions to move forward.

      Cons

      Company is building processes, and roles/workloads are fluid. If you need a rigid box of responsibilities/processes, the role flexibility could be challenging.

      The team I work with is top notch. They are so supportive and kind. We go on some great off sites. You work hard but it's a good balance. You're expected to level up, but not in an unachievable way.

      Working remote always has difficulties of feeling disconnected.
