      - Culture (startup environment with extremely transparent & supportive leadership) - Benefits (amazing coverage & additional benefits that other companies don't offer) - Work/life balance (time off & recharging is highly encouraged)

      - Startup environment (it can be hard to start new projects just because there are so many things to do first)

      Sharp, friendly individuals with lots of experience AND egos are checked at the door, very much a team dynamic and environment, decisions are calculated, people always come first, work/life balance is incredible.

      Not a con, but a challenge: how do you retain this culture as we quickly expand the team?
