      Pros

      The company is in growth mode and opportunities for advancement, learning new skills and professional growth are there if you're ready to do it. Completely remote work from home and flexibility for balance. Leadership is approachable and open to ideas. Colleagues are smart, fun, talented and ready to help.

      Cons

      If you aren't organized, don't hold yourself accountable or cannot proactively interact in a remote environment this isn't the place for you.

      Pros

      Excellent management and leadership, they really care. Great benefits. All certifications and training are paid for and encouraged. The work is engaging, there is very little "basic" IT on the service desk. All of it has opportunities to learn and grow. They hire skilled workers who care about what they do, so it's a great work environment. The work is entirely remote, so you enjoy your home and have more time for your life. Pay is fair and raise is based on skill set and growth (which is tracked and encouraged). The company is small but diverse. It has a ton of areas to grow into. I have adored working here since I started, and I'd like it to be the company I retire with.

      Cons

      The policies and procedures are still shored up, as the company is small but growing quickly. Things can grow and change very rapidly and creating policy that is flexible is challenging to do.

      Tigunia is a great company for which to work. Management treats everyone with respect and ethically.

      Cons

      Fully remote work is not for everyone, although I love it.
