Zero support for employees, no guidance, no opportunity for project work, no team collaboration. It's an every man out for himself mentality with fear and anxiety on what might happen as the top feeling on a day to day basis. Hired as a TikTok employee but wasn't told that the job would actually be supporting all ByteDance products and dealing with primarily the Chinese corporation who don't invest in their non-China employees and create and atmosphere of fear and anxiety. Our group also finds it impossible to get promoted or have salaries increased. No input at all on how to succeed.
