Pros

Flexibility on hybrid working mode Multicultural environment and friendly Many events onsite and online Gifts quite often to all the employees

Cons

My only bad feedback was that I had a Team Leader with no empathy regarding my targets and the reason of this and he didn't appreciate my big improvement while probation ( mum of 5 months old baby that period and loss of my father because of cancer). So,he didn't give me opportunity to show what I can do after this hard period and he didn't pass me the probation.
