      Pros

      Amazing co-workers, admin who cares, and lots of resources. 1:1 instruction has lots of benefits for the student and is fun and challenging for the instructor.

      Cons

      There are a few cons I can think of some teachers like flexible hours but this is also a nice perk when you have other projects you are working on or are tutoring in the evening like I am.

      Pros

      You deal with students on a one to one basis so there is no classroom management. You also have the chance to have a real impact on individual students academic careers.

      Cons

      It can be difficult to keep up with eight different students curriculum everyday. There has also been some dissatisfaction with the administration at different times. There are also times when students are placed above their capabilities, which is difficult when you have a very limited timeline to finish the semester.
