      Pros

      Organized business, management is highly supportive of their employees and are always there to help out. High sense of professionalism from coworkers,bossess ets. Not too much work stress and fairly straightforward work. The software they use makes everything easy: access to all syllabi, HW assignment lists, curriculum, study guides and much more!

      Cons

      No benefits and pretty much not too much in the sector of career growth and advancement.

      1 student per class. Lots of resources available. Great co-workers. Small student population. Teach the same student for multiple classes.

      Cons

      1 student per class can be troubling when the student has behavior issues. Pay could be better. Need to be competent in many different subjects.
