Training was top notch. All fellow employees are eager to help in anyway Coworkers were very delightful to work with Never worried about my paycheck

Cons

Manager is knowledgeable but needs work on leadership and how to speak to employees. Management needs to be more present Bonus structure is not explained properly

No room for growth

Good Coworkers, Newer company, Clean facility, Decent pay

Cons

New warehouse software but they hire AND KEEP barely competent leadership. Some of these supervisors can't be trusted with an excel table without me worrying they'll break a formula in it. Because of this you see a lot of people that deserve the chance for a promotion passed over or ignored because the incompetent people above them need them exactly where they are. Promotion from within is an illusion because of this.
