The pay was competitive and the benefits were decent. I also met some amazing individuals

Cons

Your job is not safe with Tillster. Be prepared to feel alone on an island & favoritism is shown throughout the organization. Tillster does not host any all-hands meetings, so it becomes impossible to understand what other teams & departments are working on.

Able to work remote, flexible schedule.

Cons

Disorganized and lack of management in every department. Expect employee to work long hours, no raises or even inflation salary adjustment annually. Salary stays same for last 6 years. Lots of favortism going on. No annual reviews or career growth.
