Great flexible work environment for responsible folks in a modern startup Scrum/Agile environment. You engage and own the work you do with pride. Collaboration with functional teams from various levels makes the workspace very efficient and transparent. The work pressure can be though at times of delivering projects/releases in a short time, but once the targets are met; the appreciation and moral paybacks are big. In return, you get a lot of freedom and flexibility as long as you perform well. No micromanaging atmosphere.
