      Pros

      Really impressed with the level of experience and friendliness of everyone I've come in contact with. Definitely excited to be working with a growing company of Tillster's caliber.

      Pros

      - Well positioned company powering e-commerce for major multinational brands (see on website) - Smart collaborative people that are fun to work with + recent hiring of some new leadership - Significant growth over the last couple of years with big growth plans in the short term = opportunity for awesome team members to contribute and grow with.

      Cons

      - Growth = growing pains (true everywhere). There are some operational, process, org wrinkles to iron out.

      Pros

      Great culture, a small company where your voice and opinion count, start up mentality with great perks and collaborative environment. The benefits are AMAZING the cost for your medical, dental and vision for the employee & family are as low as you can imagine. I have never seen a company that cares about their employees enough to make sure that the cost of their benefits are as low as possible. The choices are also not small companies Kaiser, Blue Cross or UHC. If you want to work in a place where you count and your voice is heard and your career is in your hands this is where you want to be.

      Cons

      Only con is that Tillster is not a company that many people know about------ That will change very soon
