      Pros

      Great new CTO, good changes happening, great product and a culture shift is under way. Great benefits and vacation package. Sales are increasing.

      Cons

      Lots friction as changes are being made. Tempers need to be managed in certain offices. Try not to overreact to insignificant issues and focus on winning for the future of the company.

      Pros

      A management team that truly listens. A culture of constant improvement, with smart and passionate coworkers. Working on a good product at a company that cares about its customers and community. A dynamic and quickly changing environment. A reasonable work/life balance. Unlike some reviewers, I find the work life balance completely acceptable, but it does require some amount of personal responsibility. Decide how much you're willing to work, and then do that. I tend to work 45-50 hours a week and am encouraged to take several weeks of vacation a year.

      Cons

      EMN8 (now Tillster) is still a young company, so it's still figuring out how best to work. There isn't always the same structure you'd expect to find at a more mature company. There is a high standard of quality for all of our work, which can be both a pro and a con. On balance, this is more good than not.

      Pros

      Energetic management team with an open door policy driving change. At EMN8 I am given the freedom to create and build. My team openly shares and works well together. I am not micro managed and frankly, it is fun to be working on products that are used everywhere.

      Cons

      There are a few old-timers with bad attitudes. They have got to. We do not have time for these annoying distractions.
