Pros

Almost everyone at Tillster is an excellent professional. The company offers a great work-life balance and a full remote setting. It has well-known clients, good products, and it's financially stable.

Cons

It's difficult to grow and evolve our product management skills because product people work as backlog managers instead of real product managers. The CEO centralizes most of the decisions, which makes the decision-making process really slow.

Company runs in a silo. Some managers are good, others not so much. No 401k match and vacation is pretty average.
