Cons

Outdated technologies, huge micromanagement for the impact of what we do. Good recognition of the work done but without any kind of reward.

At my 90 day checkin I received feedback on 2 things to work on. I then sent daily progress updates on those 2 action items and 2 weeks later I received 4 paragraph email complaining about my lack of commitment to growth and I was being terminated immediately.
