Your leader will define your experience. Beware, it’s the luck of the draw. Extremely long hours Bonuses are nearly impossible and highly taxed Insurance is very expensive Company is cheap and risks your safety Leaders are verbally abusive If you have a family or kids good luck getting time off to spend with them. Micromanaged Unrealistic expectations Worst discount ever! 20% barley covers tax!
