Pros

If you like talking with people and the clothing style, you will have a good time at Tilly's. The work is easy if you can fold clothes and reorganize shelves

Cons

They got really upset with us for talking about our wages while closing. They had us use weird code phases when we need to leave the floor to use the bathroom because customers didn't like hearing us ask.
