      DMs were great, everyone else is awful

      Pros

      Awesome DMs! Awesome work culture and mindset from company setting. LP is awesome. IT is great. Even Home Office is great.

      Cons

      No HR support. No RM or higher support. No 401k matching. Expects 45-50 hour work weeks and then gets upset you’re working so much but never inquires the “why?”.

      Pros

      I met the most awesome group of people. The kids and young adults who work here are so awesome and hard working. They make work fun and enjoyable while they are there.

      Cons

      Pay is crap. 10.25 for associates and they barely give hours. No training for most and there is no proper training for management. You are encouraged to reach out to upper management but when they reply they act as though its an annoyance. 16.00 for assistant management but you are expected to do the store managers job as well. We have been without a store manager for a month with no communication from upper management besides being told what we aren't doing right and we need to do more. Upper management won't communicate but heavily harps on us to communicate. They want success but won't poor back into the store for some reason.
