You get the meet some of the greatest people, whether that be coworkers or guests that come into shop. The environment is super friendly and inviting, the work pace is an even ratio of business and having a good time. It doesn’t feel like a job because of the environment, so it’s quite fun. The discount is another pro, along with other exclusive benefits. Other than that, it’s a great first time job for college students who are looking for experience and to build their resumes. If you’re a conversationalists or easy to get along with, this job is definitely for you.
Cons
I would say the only con is during slow seasons, is that when holiday or peak hours are done, the scheduling gets a little weird. So expect to be cut or not work as many hours during the slow times.
