Coworkers are all within the same age range (about 17-19 years old), management is also really cool and laid back and care about their employees, flexible schedule for students, fun environment, fast pasted work

Cons

The pay if awful (minimum wage), you have to sell a large amount of money each day without commission, you have to bother customers
