Pros
It is well organized and the DM and RM are consistently involved in all aspects of the business. For manager their is a division of responsibility!It keeps the job fresh and new with much room for constant growth and learning.
Cons
No everyone in corporate loves you right away and it shows. but it's retail. You work for the love. There are 4 managers typically and communication can sometimes become difficult, but better than most work atmospheres. Pay is not very good for those who are inner promoted so make sure you negotiate if that is the route you are looking for. It really does depends on how much the store makes.
