Very cute clothes The rare 40% discount Great atmosphere Cool people to work with managers are cool

Cons

The 20% discount The pay The hours (suck if your not a top selling employee) Disorganized managers with communication and scheduling Call ins we shouldn't have to call in and see if you need us, the managers should call us if they need us.

Tilly's has a great work environment. It is easy to be motivated to go to work they're are great products. Till's takes great strides to appeal to consumers.

Cons

There are very high expectations and low pay. scheduling can be somewhat unfair and but expected in a retail enviroment.

-employee discount -fun coworkers that you end up making friendships with -managers are AWESOME (they understand when things come up, allow time to be taken off for vacation, and let you know how you can improve in a nice and inviting way) -meet cool people (customers can be fun to engage with!) -gain experience -raises -LOTS of cute clothes -easy to sell because there are always promos

Cons

-only 20% employee discount -cashiering most of the time that you are clocked in as nonselling -cashiers stealing sales -hours are based on sales performance
