Pros

The team environment is pretty diverse. They are the ones that make working at Tilly's worth it all. There is always something to do, so there is not many days that you're just standing around.

Cons

Depending on the store, management can be fun to work with or could be a complete disaster. Pay is just as bad and was not up to par for the amount of work Tilly's requires from an associate. Customer service procedures are way over line that make not only the customer, but also the associate.

We had a fun staff, always stayed busy during the day, pretty easy work, learned a good amount about sales and merchandising

Cons

Pretty low pay, high sales pressure and no commission, they had way too many strict rules to follow, short breaks
