I love the atmosphere and people! I would recommend this company to any one that gets a chance to work for them!

Cons

Hard work! Sales are tracked but I am always number one so.. I feel bad for allot of others that try to get hours.

Pros

Energetic, upbeat, fun atmosphere to manage. Company was pretty organized with shipment and communication.

Cons

Pay was too low for sales associates, amount of workload vs payroll was unrealistic. Store Managers have to work well over 50 hours to keep things moving. Assistant Pay was too low for the demands of the job. Work/life balance wasn’t there.
