Pros

Fun, great time with staff, store managers got to travel to CA once a year, great health insurance and store manager bonus program,

Cons

After they get you in the door they don't really seem to care about your input as much, maybe that was just my experience, though it didn't start off that way. Worked there for over 3 years and it just kept getting worse. They have HIGH expectations but don't really want to support it with the hours and pay employees deserve. Was also told upon hiring,as a store manager I would have an evaluation after 6 months and made to think I would get an increase, which was a lie to get me in the door at a lower pay. They are not very generous with reviews and increases. Even if your store is up and meeting other required goals, they find a way to keep your increase around 2%. If they would take care of their store managers, let them have more ownership in their store, give them more rewards/incentive and care about their input, it would trickle down to the rest of the store. I also only saw my DM about 3-4 times a year, how can I be properly evaluated when I never saw my DM. I also don't think there should ever be something on a Review that has not already been mentioned or corrected, there shouldn't be any surprises I should say. Loved this company when I first started but over time their priorities seemed to switch and it slowly got worse. TAKE CARE AND VAULE YOUR EMPLOYEES and it will trickle down. They also didn't support me with the amount of managers I needed. Store should have had more full-time management, as we were continuously increasing our numbers but kept being told we couldn't have it, it wasn't until AFTER I left they finally realized they needed another assistant manager and approved it. The store manger bonus program was great but the assistant manager's was VERY poor and really gave them no incentive to drive the business.

Pros

Fast growing company with long awaited upgrades to the company's internal structure coming soon. recognized when you get good sales. Very Flexible with scheduling. Environment never really gets boring. Great Co-Workers.

Cons

Unfair pay structure. District Manager determines your staring pay when getting hired. High turn over rate. When it comes to hours there is some sort of favoring , Even if you get high sales and work harder it seems that lazier people get more hours than you. Only benefits is 20% off and a .20 cent raise every 6 months.

Pros

The discount is cool. Also most of the people that work here are really cool and easy to get a long with. Management works around your school schedule. There is a lot of opportunities to move up if you want to.

Cons

Hours are based on sales and not everyone is honest with their numbers. Management can be lazy and are hypocritical. The pay sucks.
