Micromanages everything (Black and White) Tillys anonymous tip line is not confidential Does not investigate key issues appropiately Upper management talks down to young and inexperienced staff, taking advanage using the fear factor. Salary Caps that are never mentioned or in writing

Casual work environment and atmosphere. Employees are have laid back attitudes. Management is very respectful to employee's outside commitments and obligations.

Cons

Average pay is below average but to most employees this is outweighed by the overall atmosphere of the work environment.
