No pros to working here at all

Not allowed overtime. Asked to come in while I had college finals and asked if I could reschedule finals (lol). Forced to confront a shoplifter who was double my height. Management wouldn’t talk to him. Promised a bonus to work thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Christmas. Never given the bonuses. Coworkers gossiped about customers in their ear pieces and about other coworkers when they weren’t on shift. Shamed for not receiving high enough numbers, even if it was a slow week. Was also told to go “flirt” with a creepy guy twice my age to get him to buy something. Went to just help and was polite about helping, then the guy stalked my social and wouldn’t leave me alone until I got police involved.
