Company does not support employee growth

Pros

Flexible (remote) work location allowed.

Cons

Company does not provide regular reviews to evaluate performance and establish goals. There is no opportunity to review compensation increase. One compensation increase in my three years working there. Bringing up the topic to management and they just deliver generic response to consider. There is no discussion of promotion or other opportunities.

Pros

Crew is great. Benefits maybe and weekly pay.

Cons

Promotions come as insults... "youd be perfect for this position but we wont pay you any more we have no money" Lack of communication Favoritism Setup for failure Zero accountability starting at the FCM Hours fluctuate daily FCM with threaten to wrote you up for having a sense of humor with coworkers. FCM will also yell at you for forgetting a piece of PPE while getting out of his truck with zero PPE on. They say no retalliation but will tell you there job will come before yours so be careful what you say. Equipment not well maintained rather hit a daily goal than keep a machine running for a lifetime. BONUS IS A DANGLED FRUIT they will push push push production saying you will lose it then not pay it out for 2 months. There is no work life balance unless your in the office. Your expected to work sun up to sun down when busy Management is very condescending.

Company has potential

Pros

Company has good intentions I would like to believe at the top - some of the core leadership is very strong with Joshua Broder (former CEO, still large stakeholder) and Adria. Good work-life balance.

Cons

Held multiple layoffs this year and is now rehiring for same positions a few months later, atleast contact your old employees that dedicated years of their life to your company. New leadership does not value employees like past leadership did.
