Pros
Flexible schedule, easy work and could be enjoyable at times.
Cons
Little to do during the daytime, obvious favoritism, the "threat" of the CEO or others "watching" you on cameras when you "stand around" for more than a few seconds, extremely low pay for managers, no full time allowed because that would mean paying for insurance and the like, all very stingy. Benefits for food alone (and not even the drinks in the fridge, come ON!) are not enough.
