Poor treatment by CM

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Fair pay. Decent training plan.

Cons

CM puts on a good show, so upper management leaves her alone. I loved my job. I was performing well. I proved that I was there to do a good job. CM started bullying and verbally nitpicking at the 3 month point. Could've been due to age or health reasons that she claims she knew nothing about. However, they were disclosed at hire. Actual job duties were different than what was given prior to hire. CM was frequently "concerned" that previous LC's were "after her job". She told me this directly. I believe that once she feels this way she starts to push the LC out that she is threatened by. Very unfortunate because I loved what I was doing and could've been a valuable asset to the company. I walked out refusing to endure her bullying. I deserve better.
