      Pros

      Great company provides amazing support to their employees. So many training opportunities, internal promotions, and everyone is amazingly supporting and willing to help with anything. The pay is also exceptional, definitely when compared to other companies operating in our current market.

      Cons

      Only con I could even think of to mention is that they expect a lot from their employees, so the job is certainly not for those looking for a job that doesn’t require much.

      Training is a very big thing with Timberland Partners - There isn't anything you can't achieve. Timberland Partners has continued to grow since I started in March - If you like to grow with companies - Timberland Partners is definitely the place to be.
