Pros

I can’t think of any

Cons

They talk a big game but don’t value the little guy. I started in maintenance and lived my tenants but that was it. I never felt valued or appreciated.

Thank you for providing this feedback. Unfortunately, I understand that this is your perspective. Our company offers an opportunity for our team members to provide input annually through our engagement survey. As a 5-7 year team member, I'm curious if you have noticed a change in our company culture? We are striving to meet our mission and vision. We also have made significant improvements to the value that we provide our team members with additional benefits and compensation. In 2020 we are going to move our performance evaluation process up as well! So many positive changes. If you would like to escalate any concerns to Human Resources, please send a note to HR@timberlandpartners.com, and we can review the concerns and create a strategy for improvement.
