Pros

Decent Pay 5 word min..but I cant think of anything else good!

Cons

Large job turnover. They tell you in the interview that they do things right (no bandaids) but i have not seen that since i have been there. They do have a good training program but when it comes time to apply what you are supposed to do they will get "wormy" for their own interest and bottom line ,..not for the resident at all. You can never complete a make ready. they will have you go in and out of one unit 10 times in 3 days! Like that is not going to be hard on a guy! and one day they want an apartment turned one way the next something different. you never know what to expect.

Pros

The schedule is regular. coworkers are kind and helpful. Pay is good. Time off is 2 weeks which is alright.

Cons

Some residents can just be really hard on staff. You try everything you can to make them happy but they don't realize or care that your limited to what you can. It's felt like communication has been lacking this year. Once you get ahold of someone its like talking to a wall. Rents are higher which is great, for the company, but some of the apartments need extra attention that isn't approved. I don't think higher ups realize how stressful it is when residents are so unsatisfied and the extra stress it puts on everyone. It's really embarassing to show someone one thing but then get an apartment that doesn't even have consistent flooring in all the parts of the apartment. Its just feels like the problems are heard but not considered.

Pros

Pay is good and it isn’t difficult work if you have experience in the industry and have common sense but you can not be lazy.

Cons

Busy office , required trainings that run into busy times while on the clock and take away from things that need to be done in office .
